This one is insane… Listed for 1.5, sold for 2.25M. It’s prime inner Richmond close to that famous street a certain San Jose couple recently bought. Now that I think about it price is a bit low.
This is inner Richmond. Presidio heights is a few blocks too far away. So price is right.
