Whoever bought it, it is a good buy either for multiple town home or SFH rebuild, it is good deal. The buyer needs to have cash access 2M to make a good home to get min 500k gain in 12 months.
Sounds like something @ptiemann would do. But county records say its someone else. Is it easy to get permits for multiple townhomes on this lot ?

It is not so easy, wait time is many years, sometime you may not get unless you have some insiders.
