DB is priced for Asian fusion whereas Yank Sing is clearly ripping Westerners off. If anything Yank Sing should be compared against Crystal Jade in the Embarcadero, not DB.
How is Crystal Jade? I never been.
I haven’t been to the one in the Embarcadero, but I have been to the ones in Hong Kong and Singapore. They are okay, nothing special IMO.
Just went to the real Koi Palace for seafood dinner. Now that’s da bomb.
