Both Redfin and Zillow estimated value is around $2.3M, which is slightly above asking. I would think fair market value is higher, for 5/3 2700 sq ft house.
This house is in Monta Vista HS, so that is good. It is a bit close to 2 highways (280 and 85), which is negative. I donโt believe Redfin/Zillow estimate take into consideration local location (like highway, large road, etc). So proximity to highway should not be discounted in estimate. Do you think the Redfin/Zillow estimates are correct?
