Map apparently shows richest, poorest neighborhoods by BART station

According to the map, the Pittsburg/Bay Point line has some of the richest residents, with the median household income near Rockridge, Orinda and Lafayette all in the six figures. Only two stops away from Rockridge is the poorest spot on the map: 12th Street/Oakland City Center, where the median annual income is reported as $15,000.

$15K?
Cash under the table.

Warm springs / South Fremont is really high compared the the areas near it. Wow.

The Peninsula and Marin don’t have BART
Looks like that is a good thing
