Milpitas >> Ardenwood for a few years now. This is in john sinnot elementary, but not in the ideal location for me in milpitas. Best is around hill view drive.

Bay Area RE will be expensive for at least the next 20 years. We are the new Manhattan. Why do people accept as fact Manhattan will always be pricey but yet cry out bubble on BA every year since 2011? Get used to it. We are the new king.
