Prop 13 is one of the reasons why price is high here. It kills off supplies.
I don’t see it being overturned in my lifetime.
Lack of construction kills supply. Building 1 home per 8 new jobs isn’t even close to enough.
Prop 13 mainly hurts homebuyers, an extreme minority. .1% per year…they have no political clout…
