One thing for sure, PA is very expensive…even for my taste. 
“10 individual cottages” term is a bit confusing. I assume the neighborhood has 10 cottages. Only 1 is for sale at this 355 Kingsley address. Obviously not possible to fit 10 cottages onto this lot.
