Interesting.
I looked around KW’s website. There is no way to filter for just the open bid homes. Maybe they don’t have many at the moment. But they do have a full page explaining how the process works.
It would be good to have home auctions, which most home sales are, except that in the dark, nobody knows if the RE agent favores others and whatnot.
