It’s amazing how misleading the headline is. You’d think home prices were dropping and the market is slowing. Then you read the article and realize there’s not enough inventory and demand is greater than supply. Prime example of how the public ends up so misinformed.
Right, but I guess the question is whether we are in a healthy housing market situation where there is no inventory at the lower end? How can we call it a “marketplace” if there is nothing to buy?

I think we’ll never see low end housing again. Government fees and regulations make it impossible to build. I’ve seen saying for a while we’re increasing headed to a more divided 2 class society. The government is helping accelerate it. The ultimate irony is the people voting for more government help are the ones most hurt by it.
