Pinole House

Got an ad in my email today about this Pinole house:

I know nothing about Pinole. But house is very cheap by Bay Area standard. 4/2.5/1900 asking for 539K. Schools seem bad. Location wise it’s close to Richmond and not too far from SF? With BART too.

I looked the rent estimate on Zillow. It says 2700 a month. About cashflow neutral. How do people feel about this market?

Not a bad neighborhood to invest into. But why this one? All dolled up. You’re going to have to pay top dollars to get it.

Just middle class people. Appreciation potential is there.

There’s a 99 Ranch Market in Richmond. Which area/town around there has large Chinese population?
