yep. Redfin needs to pay attention to the local market conditions and not having wechat puts them on the backfeet in the bayarea. I deleted my wechat account years ago, but wifey uses it to keep up with the local Chinese RE forums. I hang out with you folks and she hands out on wechat.

This Sunnyvale house has bad schools and sold for 2.2 m. Half a million overbid.
People are paying blindly without looking at schools. I canā€™t believe Wilcox High is > 2m.
