I bought one on that street… July 2013… for $605k after a bidding war. It was listed at 499k.

I thought it was worth 1.1 now. Time to refinance maybe.

Edit: did you see the price history? They had it briefly at 2.3!!

yes, that’s why i said “greed?” I Was mening to give a link straight to price history, but it didn’t work apparently.

Sold last month for 1.4, now it’s on sale again for 1.7. @Terri would be proud.

Another nonselling property:

Listed at 2,300,000, dropped to 1.99. The agent must be playing games because it looks “0 days” on redfin.

Hue hue hue this home is now listed at 1.7M.

All i needed was a networking gear. Gotta buy. NOW!

Sloppy job with wiring (which is ok by me, i am sloppy as well) but you can pay 3 google homes or ubiquiti amplifi and get the whole home covered - it’s just 5K sqft lot, would cost < 500$. You can even throw in couple nests for less than <1000.

Too close to 101.

Networking gear can be replaced easily. Might be an old Cisco engineer

That area North of Duane is creepy. Worst schools and not so good neighborhood. This one is too close to 101 too.

Wired networks always faster and more reliable than wireless.

Sure, but really how many people use hardwired good ol’ ethernet? Certainly, not many. Most engs will have company issued laptop  Either way, go with ubiquiti. Buy the stock, and the hardware.

Flip:

And price reduced by 100K. Expect more reductions soon.

Bad market for investors…
