That’s the second list I’ve recently seen that ranks Oakland as more expensive than Seattle.
Basic economics…The least desirable cities are cheap and most desirable are expensive. …By that standard Oakland is more desirable than Seattle. .besides I have always said Seattle looks like Oakland with bad weather. …lol
