Compared to 2011 purchase, it is great appreciation. Compared to 2007, it is nominal one.

So is it going to double again in the next few years?
Rent … $3500???

I live in Fremont. All the houses in my area is up by this percentage, i.e. nothing special here.

Happy to know, but Some samples…please?

I don’t want to advertise my zip code, but it’s easy to find if anyone is interested.

This house, to be in RWC, compared to mine, in the worthless East part of San Jose :joy: has to be sold at $1.5M+ to be considered a winner. Ours double its price since 2011.

Hottest as far as I know is Mission San Jose and Warm Springs neighborhood… almost bought a brand new SFH in Warm Springs  Realtor highly recommends because of BART AFAIK or grab while it is cheap in Mission San Jose… didn’t think of leveraging like crazy then… around 2010… now also  not at my age.

Excellent & Thanks

A neighbor, 4 months in, has an equity of 7% now. Gee! In my “so violent, full of crime neighborhood?”
