Sacramento, In Da House!

I see the same complaints I used to see from those not wanting to buy in ESJ.

I think we would be willing to move to Sacramento at some point in our lives.

South Lake Tahoe from $390k to $483k sounds good to me…I have been betting on the Sacramento MSA since 1999…three of us bought a 128 unit Apartment building in South Sac in 1999… the value has tripled and will go up another 30% in the next 2 years…

Honey, yeah, I need to check out a rental property in Sacramento…Why at night? No reason…agent is free then…

Looks like she is cleaning up on her notoriety. Otherwise who would want to see a overweight 40 something stripper?

It may be more interesting if she kept her clothes on and had a Q&A session…

Sac is Back.

.

There’s so much migration from the Bay Area to Sacramento it’s creating a ‘megaregion’

I have betting on the Sacramento MSA since 1999. Basically the whole 21st century… been berry berry good to me .
The whole region will become a mega city from SF to Reno in the next 50 years. I have been promoting it since 2009 on this forum. Meanwhile prices have tripled. Lots of Sac hatters on this forum that were totally wrong. Many invested out of state… more hassle and less returns. Eventually there will be high speed rail allowing people to commute quickly. Meanwhile the State government bogged us down with the HSR Choo Choo train to nowhere with a short track in Madeira and Bakersfield. Such lofty ambitions … maybe 10 years from now a train will available between Merced and Bakersfield… I will put it on my bucket list. Never been to either city. Probably will have to arrange to have my ashes taken on the trip…. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

“ The rail authority said the goal is to have the section between Bakersfield and Merced operational between 2030 and 2033.May 17, 2023
