San Bruno Rocking the UNDERBIDS

Damn, where was I???

I have a plan here. Let’s find all the listing of this agent, and see if we can bid down 70k on all her listing, resell immediately for quick flip
Ana Vasquez, Keller Williams Realty
BRE #01374749

Ok, I remember now. Since I am going with the advice that the weather up there tends to be foggy and windy I didn’t even go to this open house. No big loss…

that is very very close to pacifica, but for that price…

Agreed, price is good, but the objective is more SUN and less FOG (and more garage space, more entertaining areas for friends, huge gourmet kitchen for wifey to play in, etc)

That’s 180k under from original asking

Yeah, I wanted to look at it when I drove by one weekend awhile ago but no open house. Nice, level lot which I like. I may give up for now. You dudes, especially @wuqijun, may be right about not selling. One thing I need to look into is condo conversion. I was in Oakland yesterday and went to an open house near me where the owner of a 4plex was selling off two units as condos. Makes sense. More money in aggregate if I can sell off each unit for say 350K or so, which is really nothing but would give someone in theory a home for what is a rent payment instead.

Come on, @dioworld, that is the flatlands, not the hills!!! Different world…

well, still fits the title

Everything up in the hills is now approx 1.4M now!!! Come on, this ain’t Millbrae!!!

i thought millenials love flatland

this is probably due to small lot and plane and train noise

You guys still figuring out if anything from SF to SJ is worth the hassle?

Too late for that, anything in between would be sold at a good price. My humble opinion.

No, millenials like good stuff too when it boils down to it. Yes, proximity to transit is a plus but the areas/homes are not as nice down there and of course no views.

more underbids.

Yeah, honestly the RE market is vastly different west and east of El Camino in San Bruno. Nobody really wants east side but on the west side as you head up towards 280 the demand is considerable.

Big underbid
