Brandon Belt's time in Alamo didn't even last as long as the baseball season.
The San Francisco Giants first baseman purchased a five-bedroom, five-bathroom home in the far East Bay in late January, and now he's listing 271 Lark Lane for $3.65 million.
Listing agent Bryan Hurlbut of Dudum Real Estate Group says Belt, his wife and their son have moved to a location in the East Bay that's closer to the bridge.
"He loves the Alamo community," Hurlbut says. "He loves the house. But he needed a better commute location."
