Six months after moving in, Giants first baseman Brandon Belt selling East Bay home

Brandon Belt’s time in Alamo didn’t even last as long as the baseball season.

The San Francisco Giants first baseman purchased a five-bedroom, five-bathroom home in the far East Bay in late January, and now he’s listing 271 Lark Lane for $3.65 million.

Listing agent Bryan Hurlbut of Dudum Real Estate Group says Belt, his wife and their son have moved to a location in the East Bay that’s closer to the bridge.

“He loves the Alamo community,” Hurlbut says. “He loves the house. But he needed a better commute location.”

Dox his new address!

Weird. Why not just buy a home in San Francisco???
