Wow, less than I thought. Yes, the planes came across from left to right fairly low when I was there and it has a terrible address number but the house itself is a beauty.
This house was sold for more than $500K above asking. $998,000—>$1,500,000. $120/mo HOA. 1860SF living area and Lot is 3500SF.

House around the corner sold $65/sq ft cheaper two months ago. I guess the agent either had really bad photography skills or the exterior paint was a turnoff to potential buyers…

Ok, my friend Sabrina just sold this small but cute home in SSF. Listed at $788K and goes for $1.022M, a nice $234K over asking!!! She gave out 80 disclosure packages and received 20 offers!!! All buyers were mostly young (single or with family).
At this price point, the market is flaming hot!!!
With 20 offers i would have expected 1.2m 
Well, it is SSF after all and house is fairly small. I also don’t know how the plane noise is over there. Still though, plenty of buyers at the 1M price point…
