Stockton to Florida…It is in Cabo right now…
Sac, Stockton and Tracy are alright. Some parts of Stockton are surprisingly nice. Like @Elt1 said, waterfront living on the cheap. Frankly weather is overplayed. You just get used to the dry heat, and there’s always AC.
If HSR is built I bet many people will take HSR to commute to SV. SJ near Diridon will benefit a lot, so will the Central Valley towns along the line.
My friend with the 80’ yatch owned PicknPull. Has a 12000sf house on the San Joaquin river on 2 acres… Ocean going ships drive by everyday…
