I was at the new Apple store near the Apple park. They did a really beautiful job there - huge cafe next to the apple store, and a nice outdoor sitting area.
We sat down at the outdoor sitting area (still looks like part of the Apple premise). There were lots of Asians - and this one Asian dude (looking to be in his 50s/60s) starts smoking one cigarette after another. Without wanting to confront him, I spoke to the store employee, and he just shrugged it off.
Dont know why, but things like this continue to happen each time I go to Cupertino. Not sure why. 
Maybe you are a magnet for bad mannered people?
