Perhaps, but from all sales being reported from the Sunset to San Jose, there are buyers out there…plenty of them. We simply are not seeing any listing yet where the sales price is about right that does not end up selling for oftentimes more.

Time to buy in Manhattan? Way better bet than Turkey, being hyped by another poster.
The stock market dropping and the elimination of trading fees will further erode Manhattan values.
