100K Passive Annual Income

Please send 1 bitcoin to my wallet
Alternatively you can ask Marissa Mayer, she can answer the first question.

Passive vs active is a spectrum: from 0 hours a week to 40+. For me 1 to 2 hours a week is very passive.

BAGB,

Do you now know what I was asking in the first question? How passive you want your investment to be or how active can you afford to be? Textbooks talk neutrally, you need to customize the investment portfolio to your needs.

You want to kill his geese to see the golden eggs?

Everyone has an eye on hanera’s AAPL (not WB AAPL !)

I don’t believe in being passive about anything.
Investing is fun. It is a contact sport. The more hands on, the more inside knowledge the better you will do.

Now… should I buy AAPL for dividend income?

Seriously, what will the yield be, accounting for all the special dividends along the way, 2 or 3 years from now? Based on today’s price. Will it be 3-5%?

I already owned NRZ on that list. The BlackRock fund looks interesting.

I now have 6 names in my income portfolio:

ARCC
ARI
BXMT
HTGC
MPW
NRZ

I put money into them every week. I plan to include more names into that portfolio. It’s tilted too much towards mortgage REIT’s.

The only REIT I have is OHI. After you FOMO sold, it went back up
Other passives are AEP, AWK, AWR, VZ, RSG, WM, PG and JNJ. Of course, nowhere near AAPLs.

That’s the opposite of FOMO… More like fear of losing all.
