Well, other than the undesirable address number, pretty decent looking at 499K list but according to realtor.com this is an extreme fixer for some reason. Odd. Foundation issues? Def worth checking out with your contractor and scrutinizing over all disclosures to perhaps understand if the low pricing is legit as opposed to marketing strategy.
