Looks too much like a container. Prefabs are not a good fit in PA. Land is so expensive there may as well spend a bit more to build something nice. The whole point of prefab is to save construction costs. Not an issue in prime Bay Area.
Go ahead and buy. If lady luck smiles on you, you may be able to sell it next year for 7 Million.
