Why are millennials not physically visit those purchases? They are into RE investment too?
AFAIK, millennials are very particular about the decor and layout of their owner-occupied houses.

I’m not surprised…they don’t spend that much time at home in general so might as well buy a house like they buy clothes online without trying them on.
