Ah Yes, The Curry Defense

It’s so easy to forget :frowning:

Why is there no automation here to stop the burning? Safety and Security is the most critical needs for automation. I’m willing to pay 5x for a smart stove.

We can buy a robotic guard to walk around in the yard, take videos and send alerts on suspicious activity

How about smart tenants vs smart stoves.
I think I need to find a Pamphlet to give to millienals that have been coddled by the their mothers on how to take care of themselves and their apartment…

Well, why so much trouble with curry? Don’t eat it! Tacos are better

Or…MacDonalds?

Most of my tenants were never told to clean their room by their parents. They move in and never clean till they leave. And then they have no idea how to clean

i thought Tahoe tenants have more time in their hand and may perform more cleaning

Ok, had to ask Big Bro. San Yang Pai is the company and was in Milpitas but may have relocated.

Everyone makes mistakes. Just a fact.

Even you have made mistakes.

Tahoe tenants with time on their hands smoke pot.
As far as mistakes I have insurance. But tenants who never clean their place are just disgusting. Tubs that are black with dirt. Toilets that are never cleaned . Stoves covered in cooked on food. Clothes on the floor. I talked to the city inspector who inspects apartments everyday. He said often he won’t even go inside, because it it too cluttered and gross. Sorry but this millennial generation is pathetic. I blame it on poor parenting…
