For brilliant investors, you cats obviously are not tv watchers (not that I am too except for sports - Go Dubs). But my reference is to Alex (Trabeck?) and his game show, Jeopardy, in which this is the manner in which they select their category and question amount (higher the amount, the tougher the question presumably).

Oh, a house near mine in San Bruno sold for about 2M fairly recently. Gee, I may have already made money (house is bigger, lot is way bigger and my living room apparently is known by my neighbors as probably the sweetest one one around for blocks). The neighbors whom have introduced themselves to me recently apparently know my house too well. Thanks John for finding the house!!!
