America's housing market is raising a 'large red flag' for the economy

I’ve gone to Valley Fair for the food court recently. They have Super Duper and a bunch of Asian fusion/pizza places. I still think the crowd is less even on the weekends. Surprised they have a billion $ renovation. Sounds like Roman style profligacy.

I don’t get the appeal of RG and WG. Sure, the homes look grand. But schools suck and the neighborhood is like an island surrounded by hobos.

It’s better than SF which has terrible schools, needles, and feces

Many SF primary schools are actually very good. A few middle schools are decent. High schools though only one is on par with the best in Peninsula and South Bay.

The public school system lose kids to privates as they age. Many parents wait until high school to go the private route. For private schools though SF has many excellent choices. One is even funded by VC money.
