Another reason RE prices will go up

They might becom valuable at some point! I know my dream car is a shelby cobra or corvette stingray from 60s  they were definitely not worthless at the time but oh well.

Watercoin. Trademarked… lol
No bottles no waste. You have come over and drink directly from the tap. I can set up tours make up a good historical story. Originally from an old Indian spring…lol

I can get you on blockchain through an ico, you can make more from ico than you can with selling the water!

Btw, where i cam from drinking from tap was not possible, we had to use bottled water. It was not bad but it wasnt healthy either

When i go back home to visit parents, i miss drinking from tap. This is my first reminder that ca is home now, and i am at a foreign land when i go back where i was born

You could buy 65 vette for $20k 20 years ago. Now $60k and up. My buddy has one, garage queen only… would not even race me in my Prius… almost as useless as shitcoins
To expensive and costly to maintain to drive… I would rather have a boat…

The beauty of the cars body. Same with shelby. Attention catching… I would probably drive it everyday.

I know someone who has lambo and drives it to work everyday and he has more than 140k on it. I would do the same if i had one

I feel the same about the BA… no longer home. And tap water is the best in Tahoe… it is even a marketing slogan

S&P down 20% means correction/recession territory !

Cheap stocks and maybe houses to buy!

As I said highly unlikely. Likely 10% or lower.

I am not predicting, but stock is very volatile going forward. No one really knows until end of next week end, esp when rate spread is widening

The liberal news media is now on a 24hr Trump bashing mission. I think the market will be shaky as the Mueller investigation continues. If he has proof of collution and obstruction then the market could go off the rails. Stocks did poorly when Nixon was impeached. The subsequent 1975 recession led to 10% unemployment in the BA. The year of my first job… tough times… although real estate prices skyrocketed due to an extreme housing shortage in the BA, sound familiar?

I got laid off in 1976 and started flipping houses…

Unemployment goes up, house price goes up?

@Elt1 is like bay area history book.

The BA is unique. Women coming into the work force drove housing prices up no matter what the employment rate was. Double incomes and national inflation drove up real estate prices at 25% a year. Prices tripled or more in the 70s

That is like ordinary year in mtv.

I realized i want to meet @elt1 one day, but not scheduled or intentionally, but at a bar in tahoe or something, where he talks about all these and i turn to him and say: are you elt1. Would be fun.

PM me and I will show you around. Hardly any of my BA friends ever come up. The rich ones are always flying somewhere. The poor ones are working too hard to leave. Have a whole new set of friends here. It is paradise.

FISA memo shows the Russia thing was a witch hunt. They used biased research funded by DNC and Hillary campaign to initiate it. FBI agents referred to it as plan B to make sure Trump wouldn’t get elected. The stuff coming out now is terrible for democrats, but CNN, ABC, CBS, and NBC are mostly ignoring it. It’ll get harder to ignore as people go on trial for it. McCabe took a “leave” to wait out his time until retirement.

Madcow is having a cow. I will wait to invest till after the Mueller report.

That’s because they have zero on collision and obstruction. Now the real truth is coming out, and it’s bad. It’s up there with using the IRS to target conservative groups. I can’t wait for this to all unravel and hopefully kill extreme liberalism.
