Are "For Sale" Signs Obsolete?

I didn’t use one for my apartment building…

That’s dumb. And then how are neighbors supposed to know when they’re allowed to come see inside someone else’s house?

Just a bunch of looky lou’s wasting flyers and time…I should know, I do it all the time when I see an open house sign near my place. Gotta compare, right???

Tech is changing things. Real buyers have little time to go to open houses. Lookyloos thieves casing the place nosey neighbors. Who needs them. The future is virtual tours. I used this in my Nevada listing

Plenty of bay area listings have this. Deleon houses almost always does.

Do you go to a lot of open houses? I go less and less.
I have not seen Matterport anywhere in Eldorado county. Or Nevada

Yup, i do  every saturday me and wife do openhouse dates

Check this:

Click on a property, and there’s “3D tour” link. most of these would have it.

Looks like I am the trendsetter here. The DeLeon of Tahoe.

How much did you pay for the service?

$270. For a two story 2500 5/4.
Included drone shots

That’s very cheap - nice.

Does make sales though. Some people say they just dropped in and decided they had to move.

Open houses are mainly for the hosting agent to pick up clients. The host is often not the listing agent. I always let the host know immediately that I am working with an agent. I dont want to be sold. If the host is the listing agent then I will get as much info as possible.
