I was speaking generally. Austin - no vacancy yet, so far tenants always renewed. Even without recession, it took me one month vacancy to get a tenant in SV. Some others take like months, refer to my previous thread,

So hard to rent out in SV

Based on redfin estimate and asking rent, yield is 4795*12/23629 = 2.43%. Too lazy to estimate its cap rate and cash flow. Why is the owner not selling it? Appreciating at $250k per year, is worth it even if it is not rented out? [54 PM] [36 PM]
