Seattle runs the risk of blowing it and seeing the growth go to the suburbs who aren’t set on punishing businesses. Seattle’s inability or unwillingness to deal with homelessness and rising crime isn’t helping.
Right now, it seems to be a wash for a Bellevue downtown. Expedia moving from Bellevue downtown to Seattle downtown and Amazon occupying the newly available space in Bellevue. Don’t know if Amazon is moving some capacity from Seattle to Bellevue.

Hm. That’s different than prior plans. Prior plan was to move Dave Clark’s operations org to Bellevue which is about 15,000 people. This is worded as 15,000 new people are being hired.
