Berkeley schools have been crappy since 1969 when busing( made famous by our new Vice President) and white flight decimated them.
Now the trend is reversing. School scores are not driving RE prices like they used to. In fact even Manch wants to live there. A progressives haven. Sanctuary for rich hippies with million dollar views. $4m in my parents old neighborhood.
