Top five are the most expensive neighborhoods in Singapore. Even the HDBs, which are rare, are expensive.

Well, Malaysia is always a possibility and reasonably close enough to Singapore. I told wifey to not give her family home in Johor Bahru so quickly to a nephew just yet!!!
