I am not sure Americans are ready for that kind of love from their government. Many still want their own guns in their fantasy to fight the big bad government someday.

Our only choice would be to NOT elect California democratic party as much as possible. At the state and local level, we should
- Always vote for Republicans
- Always vote for moderate candidate when all candidates are Democrats

Also, anyone see the irony that Trump increasing the standard deduction while limiting SALT and mortgage interest deduction is similar what what democrats are now proposing? They were totally agaisnt his tax plan.
We have tax relief for landlords in the form of straight line depreciation and Prop 13. Why can’t renters have some tax relief?
We need to lessen the income and wealth inequality. I am open to all ideas as long as they have sound reasoning behind, including more robust redistribution. Europe is still doing fine, many say even better than America.

If anybody or everybody simply look it up as to how someone like me wants to apply it to rents, how can they honestly say it is not a fair system? We just want a fair, level playing field!!! Does it really make sense that after a contract has run its course that you want one party to still stick to its terms essentially by saying that price must continue. Who does that?
