I have wealthy friends in Sun Valley. They compare living in Boise like living in jail. But is only 2.5 hours away from paradise.
Things are still crazy in rural AZ. Everyone looking to leave the city if they can or at least have a “beta site” if they can’t. No inventory; no one wants to sell.
