Know someone who owns a rental in SF where a long-time tenant stopped paying his/her $1K monthly rent and had kids moved in after Corona hit. Talk about garbage tenants.

My hippy friend told me that his roommate has rights. That he could in fact move in family members. He is lucky his roommate doesn’t know that.
Having roommates in SF can be a real cluster fuck.
