I don’t see that many deals in SF either. The Duboce area is amazing. A good blend of buzz and quiet.

Those houses are sold around Redfin estimates.

@manch reasonable sale price? Listing price too low?

Redfin adjusted their estimates to make them look close after the sale. They are always cheating.
