Condo Glut, Manch

After prices flatten, and still no sales and with more rolling onto the marketplace I still believe they will turn to rentals and we will see rent rates in the city fall a tad as a result. Too much supply, Manch. No buyers. What are they going to do? What they have to do. Cut bait.

Diversification and moderation are keys to life…

Don’t ever think a good thing lasts forever…

As I mentioned before, I knew a successful small businessman who literally had a gold mine business and didn’t understand diversification and moderation (at his age). Died penniless and probably on the street.
