What do you pay for a simple remodel?
I am guessing $20k for a 2/1 500sf apartment in Tahoe. Flooring $4200. Paint $2k. Kitchen cabinets and appliances $4k.
Bath tub and tile, vanity, toilet $6k. New doors and trim $2k. Contractor markup $2k?
that’s my estimate as well… been going up over the years. labor costs is double what it was when i first started this back in 2012
I had good experience with him. But of course get multiple bids and referrals.
