Cramer: Blooming season has come for Home Depot, Lowe's, Lennar, and D.R. Horton

  • “Don’t be afraid of the hideous housing numbers. … this is a natural decline, which I think will be followed by an advance that you can profit from as housing enjoys its annual spring rebound,” CNBC’s Jim Cramer says.
  • “We got a very good number just this evening from KB [Home] and they are predicting a very good spring selling season,” the “Mad Money” host says.
  • Buy Home Depot and Lowe’s weakness “because we’re going into the outdoor season right now, which is Christmas time for these companies,” he says.

Plants are outrageously over priced. Seeds cost more than gold per ounce. Congress needs hearings on this not Trump.

Cramer is right, right, and right. Let all follow him except me :rofl::rofl::grimacing:

Cramer had the kiss of death with NIO. Ever since his blessings the stock dropped like a rock

And Cramer loves Apple most of all.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Everybody loves Apple. Give in to your inner desires.

That is why I call him “After the fact…”.

He sees stock is going up and then tells it is good. When people reviews first time, they think “Oh, Cramer is good, Stocks has gone up this level”. They get into FOMO buy and burn their fingers.

He is just hanging around to become like a TV star on stocks, but real value with him is rare.

A real good analysts will understand the stock fundamentals, wait for opportunity and buy at low. Key focus is identifying good stocks when it low. Most of such analysts mind their own business and make money, but they do not show up in TV or news media.

A simple filter at finviz.com will easily give us the stocks to look out, far better than Cramer !

Cramer’s lightning round: This sector is the market’s ‘kiss of death’ dated Jan 23, 2019, NIO trading at around $6.50. After this comment, price shot to $10.64 and then decline to $4.90 today.

Nio Inc.
: “That is a total dice roll. I’m not recommending any Chinese stocks. At $6, [with] non-retirement money, [if] you want to roll the dice, fine. I prefer to go to the casino, but thank you for your inquiry.”

Btw, this thread is about home stocks :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

Cramer on Feb 28, 2019 when the stock was $9.57

Now that it has pull back, time to BTFD? He has not spoken :worried:

Do any pot companies make money?

He won’t speak.

He won’t say any words for any stocks when it is dipped, that is Crammer. He will only speak when stock is way up.

Then only blog Viewers (Mainly newbies) think “Oh, Cramer is too good identifying the growth stocks. This guys is great, telling the correct stocks that went up, we missed him. Then, they start reading his blogs/posts”

He is simply like Trump, wants to get praised always.

Cramer’s main focus is attracting the crowd and becoming famous, so that his hedge funds or similar will increase and he gets commission nicely.

If we know the truth and motive, we escape out of mess.

Even if he tells anything, may be right or wrong, we need to analyze and find the truth because it is our money and our return !

Short Cramer every time. He reports history… Cannot predict the future. All my millienial friends believe in pot stocks. Just like Bitcoin last year.

Pot companies are like cryptocoins as of now.

One of the best is CGC (like Bitcoin), rest are inferior. Why CGC? STZ (Constellation Brands) took almost 40% stock position, and has another 11% options to buy later, invested 3.5B cash in CGC. However, revenue and Profit margin is low, better than any other pot stocks.

STZ trying to create a new drink with some pot (byproduct.) STZ also trying to market drinks in canada wherever pot items are selling.

Second, TLRY is peter thiel company, he has 70% stake, stock is wild with his frozen stake (much more than TSLA). The revenue is too low around 10-20 millions, no visible profit margin, Stock is 6.2Billion valued. Highly hyped.

Third is CRON, MO (Altria Group) invested in it, trying to take over. Cannabis Company Cronos Group (CRON) Receives $1.8 Billion Strategic Investment from Altria Group (MO).

All in all, none of the POT stocks are good for real value/growth, almost all HYPEd like cryptocoins.
