Eichlers For Days, Manch!

tell the price!

Eichlers stood for inclusion. The Eichler preservationists believe in exclusion. Eichler would be disgusted with the arrogance of modern Palo Alto. A city of intolerance and exclusion.

Nice to know history. Kind of sense that when I was in those places. That is why I view those Asians wanting to live in PA, fake Caucasians

Asian is alt-white.

Interesting. I guess developers did not have much say in bay area politics back then, either. Did not know Mtn View had a Chinatown!

How thoughtful of you to keep her close by so she can watch over you for all time…

I really like the Eichler open concept with the indoor/outdoor living feel, but I don’t want an actual old construction one. I would prefer a new construction or an Eichler rebuild with modern materials. Those things were just built so cheaply back then. Here’s an example of a nice rebuild with modern materials.

As a fake Caucasian/alt-white I drive by this house pretty often:

See Google street view for better pictures. It’s a new construction. It doesn’t have the ceiling-to-floor glass windows like the typical Eichlers do but the roof lines do give you that feel. My wife has commented multiple times she doesn’t mind living in that house.

I thought Eichlers were low cost, tract housing, for the masses.

This one is in Palo Alto Hills. And large, 5 beds, 3 baths, 3300 sq ft. Description states “Original Eichler”:

Value is in the land

Here is you go, my famous place, value for land and location.
