Flipper paid 1.2M last year. It looked like POS back then. Cost to flippers is at least 150K?

Do people still like the yellowish flooring? Thought current popular color is brown, either very dark or very light, and gray.

Sunset Chinese are usually more conservative in their tastes. That floor color is sorta neutral, not offending any taste groups.
