Fumigation - Before or After Remodel?

I have a home of 1400 sqft and remodeling/adding 1200 sqft. This will be a flip (want to get rid of it).

Do I need to fumigate before remodel or after remodel? What is the correct way?

Don’t you have to pay higher price for 2600 sqft house to fumigate? Given 1200 is new addition you don’t need to fumigate. So why not do it before?

If your remodel is going to replace all sheetrock then you don’t need to fumigate. You can timbor it when all studs are exposed.
