Anyone have a heat pump in their house? If so, where is it, and how noisy is it? We’re looking at the possibility of a heat pump in the attic.
Both of mine are outside. I’d think the attic could be a bit noisy.

35 years ago I had a heat pump. I never noticed any noise from it but it may have been located on the roof of my townhome.

It’s best to put the heat pump outside.
