Elt1, better be cautious this year 
I have 2 snowblowers…Both have broken and been repaired…Doesn’t look like they will be needed for the next storm…The snow has been challenging. .But the rain has caused most of the headaches…
I have had flooding on three properties. All caused by city berms diverting street run off onto my properties…Been using pumps more than shovels. .The plow guys are overcharging and making bank…cant blame them after 5 years of hardly any work…
The key to shoveling is to use a small shovel…do not lift it, push it…I don’t want to screw up my back…I hire most of the shoveling. …Cost $700 to shovel the roof…cheaper than going to the chiropractor
