I don’t know. I guess when you are used to a world class night view somewhere else the City’s skyline is just so so, but I can see why people like it.
It is even more impressive now with the new on ramp. As you go by this white monolith, you start to get a hint of of the city (esp at night) and then once you are on the bridge, BAM, the city skyline hits you like a ton of bricks. Welcome to the big time and $10 avocado toast…
You would acquire properties in BA and then leave BA? I think you should buy properties in Seattle if you plan to move there, and sell BA properties.
