Nope!
I felt it. I am on the 3rd level of a 3-story office building. It shakes whenever there is a heavy truck passing by so I am used to the shaking, but this time it shook more than normal and the blinds were rattling which does not usually happen.
Felt it. It felt like 2 sharp hits to the building.
Maybe I didn’t feel it since I was driving. Having lunch at Whole Foods…
