People seem to be leaving the coastal areas of America, and relocating to smaller and hopefully safer cities.
If you want to sell your midwest home at a very high price ($4-5 million) will an agent gladly accept the chance to make the sale at that price? Or do agents only try to sell homes that the typical American can afford?
The agent would need to have some international contacts, because this property/home appeals more to a foreign buyer.
